I've honestly never quite given chiffon cakes a second look till a little girl i met in China polished off half a cake we brought with us for a friend we were staying with.
Making this cake honestly wasn't the walk in the park i thought it was. It took me two tries and numerous tweaks to the recipe before the cake came out almost perfect- and that was the closest to perfection i've ever come.
